Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Timeframe:
    • In-stock items: Shipped within 3 business days.
    • Pre-order items: Waiting period of 15-30 days (this will be specified in the product details).
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and size of the product(s).
    • Free nationwide shipping for orders totaling 1,500 Baht or more.
    • If the total weight of the products exceeds 20 kilograms, we will inform you of the appropriate shipping cost through the contact channel you provided.
  • Order Tracking:
    • We will send you the tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track the delivery status on the respective courier's website.
  • Change of Shipping Address:
    • The shipping address cannot be changed if the order has already been processed. Please contact the shipping provider directly (subject to the provider's policy).

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: You can return products within 7 days from the date you received them.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Process:
    1. Contact us at contact@varasiri.com to inform us of your intention to return an item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
    2. We will review your request and inform you of the return procedure and approval.
    3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
    4. Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Exceptions:
    • Non-returnable items include customized products and items specified as non-returnable in the product description.
